MEDU Festive Season Update
Thank you for an incredible year of love, support, and beautiful moments with MEDU. Here is everything you need to know about our holiday hours, order timelines, deliveries, and exchanges during this holiday period.
Delivery and Online Orders
Orders placed after 10 December will still be processed, but delivery will take place after Christmas or when we re-open in January.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will resume when the workshop reopens in January.
Store Hours – December and January
We still have a wide range of ready-made pieces available in store, including the last few items from our Clearance Sale. Our store will close for holidays as follows:
- 23–26 December: CLOSED for Christmas

31 December – 2 January: CLOSED for New Year
Normal trading resumes on 3 January 2026.
Exchanges During Closure
You are welcome to request an exchange, but please note:
- Exchanges can only be completed once we reopen in January, unless the item and size you need is available in store.
Once-Off Festive Refund Exception
Our standard refund policy is that all refunds are processed as store credit only.
However, because some orders and exchanges cannot be completed before we close, we are offering a temporary festive refund exception:
Refunds Back to Original Payment Method (Festive Period Only)
For the festive period only, we will refund your order back to your original payment method in the following cases:
- We are unable to fulfil your online order before closure; or
- We are unable to complete your exchange before your required date.
Once the festive period ends and normal operations resume, our standard policy of store-credit-only refunds will apply again.
