Shipping Policy

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 working days. During peak seasons (July to December), orders may take longer, up to 14 working days.

We offer the following shipping options to meet your convenience:

• Collection: Collect your order from our store at 274 Fox Street, City & Suburban, Johannesburg.
• Fastway Courier: Reliable delivery to your doorstep within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
• Pep PAXI: Affordable delivery to your nearest PEP store for easy pickup.
• Customer-Arranged Uber Pickup: You can arrange for an Uber to pick up your parcel after confirmation with our store.

Once your order is picked up, you will receive a notification from our courier partner, Fastway, with your unique tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly using the link in the shipping notification email or from the Track section on Fastway's website.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Below are the rates for parcels that fit into an A3/A2 satchel:

• In-store Pickup: FREE
• Orders over R5000: FREE
• Johannesburg (Main Suburbs): R100
• Johannesburg (Outlying Areas & Soweto): R120
• Gauteng (Main Towns incl. Pretoria): R100
• National – Major Cities: R100
• National – Small Towns & Rural Areas: R150

Free Local Delivery: Available for custom-made bridal orders within Johannesburg.

Deliveries are made during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 09:30 – 12:30

We will notify you via text message on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange or confirm delivery on the day.

Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our Johannesburg Maboneng store. Here's how it works:

• Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
• Your order will be ready for collection within 2-3 business days.
• We will send you an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Pickup Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 16:30
• Saturday: 09:30 – 12:30

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.
