SHIPPING
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders for stock items are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to Johannesburg and major cities; and within 5-7 days nationally. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer to be delivered.
Please note that deliveries take longer during peak season in November and December, it takes 7-14 days for order processing and delivery.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can track your order online on the Fastway website https://www.fastway.co.za Please use the link or tracking number you received from the shipping confirmation email sent by Fastway.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, our prices include 15% VAT
Do you ship internationally?
We can send items via DHL to international destinations, please email us at info@shopmedu.com to place an international order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange items within 14 Days or delivery
Items are non-refundable, they can only be exchanged and returned for store credit via a gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable
I received the wrong / damaged item
Please notify us at info@shopmedu.com, we will arrange for an exchange free of charge
Where should I mail my accepted return?
Delivery information will be shared in the return confirmation email
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Unfortunately you will not be able to change the address online, please notify us asap at info@shopmedu.com or contact us via 0735900432
Please note if the parcel is shipped already you will be charged a return fee to return or re-route the parcel.
MEDU will endeavour to help in retrieving parcels but shall not be held liable for parcels delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes you may, depending on availability of material.
