We have a 14-day return policy, meaning returns must be initiated and completed within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items returned after 14 days will be rejected, and customers must collect them from our store.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is assessed.
  • Delivery costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or item. If there's a price difference, a payment link will be sent for the balance.
  • Exchanges within the 14-day return window are free of charge.
  • Refunds for defective items will include a deduction for payment gateway transaction fees.
  • Promotional items, freebies, or bundled items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds for partially returned promotional orders will be recalculated based on original item prices, forfeiting the promotional benefit.

Self-Service Returns:

  • Initiate a return at shopmedu.returnscenter.com with your Order Number and Email Address.
  • Email info@shopmedu.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Store gift cards will be issued within 5 working days for the returned item's value.

  • MEDU By Sepedi Bapedi: 274 Fox Street, City & Suburban (Maboneng), Johannesburg
  • The Courier Guy – Jewel City Kiosk: 248 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg
  • Postnet Jewel City: 233 Fox Street, Johannesburg

Pickup Service:

  • We offer a pickup service for R100. Purchase the voucher here.
  • We offer free size consultations at our Maboneng store to reduce sizing issues.
  • MEDU uses standard size charts for all items, available on our website.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size. No refunds for sizing issues; exchanges depend on stock availability.

As of January 1, 2025, alterations will have fixed surcharges:

  • R150 for reducing item length without lining.
  • R250 for reducing length with lining or increasing any length.
  • 25% of product price for altering the bodice for a better fit.

Note: We no longer alter bodices of dresses but offer size exchanges.
