Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator
MEDU is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and content creation across our digital platforms. This role combines content creation, posting, campaign support, and basic performance tracking to help grow online sales, improve consistency, and reduce founder involvement in marketing. This is a hands-on execution role, not a senior strategy or management position.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, content, or digital media (internships count)
- Comfortable creating and editing content using a smartphone

Basic understanding of:
- Instagram & TikTok content formats
- Canva or similar tools
- MailChimp (or willingness to learn)
- Strong writing skills (captions, short copy, product descriptions)
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
General Worker / Cleaner
General Worker / Cleaner needed for our Maboneng production workshop.
The role includes cleaning the production office, office and shop, and assisting with ironing and basic sewing tasks during production downtime.
The position works alternating shifts (06:00–15:00 and 08:00–17:00).
Applicants must live near Maboneng or be able to travel easily, and be reliable and hardworking.

Machinist (Bulk Production & Development Path)
Machinists needed for bulk garment production at our Maboneng workshop.
The role focuses on operating industrial sewing machines to produce garments consistently and accurately. Applicants with basic machinist experience (0–2 years) are welcome, as training will be provided with a clear development path toward advanced operations and future sample machinist roles.
