Sale Duration

The MEDU 25 Days of Christmas (Clearance Sale) runs from 28 November to 22 December 2025.

Where the Sale Applies

The clearance sale is available through the following channels:

  • In-store at the MEDU Maboneng studio
  • Via our official WhatsApp line: 064 789 2940
  • Through secure YOCO payment links listed on the clearance page

Once-off event: This is a dedicated clearance promotion and does not apply to the rest of our website or full-priced MEDU collections.

Availability & Stock

  • Clearance items are available in limited quantities only.
  • Sizes, colours and quantities listed are final and will not be restocked once sold out.
  • Stock availability may differ between in-store and WhatsApp listings.
  • MEDU reserves the right to limit quantities per customer.

Pricing & Discounts

  • Clearance prices are final as marked and non-negotiable.
  • Prices include the applied clearance discounts of approximately 50–75% off.
  • No promo codes, vouchers, loyalty discounts or staff discounts apply unless explicitly stated.
  • Discounts apply only to items listed as part of the MEDU 25 Days of Christmas clearance.

Payment Options

In-store

  • Clearance items are cash-only in-store.
  • Staff discounts, friend/family discounts and lay-by extensions do not apply to clearance items.

Online & WhatsApp

  • Customers may pay using the secure YOCO links provided for each clearance item on the sale page.
  • After payment, proof of payment (POP) must be sent via WhatsApp to 064 789 2940 for processing.
  • Customers may collect in-store or purchase a separate courier voucher for delivery here: https://shopmedu.com/collections/gift-cards .

Payment Methods Not Allowed

  • PayJustNow is not permitted on clearance items.
  • PayFlex is not permitted on clearance items.
  • Lay-bys (new or existing) may not be used to purchase clearance items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Festive season courier times may be longer than usual.
  • Courier vouchers for clearance items are purchased separately via the link provided.
  • MEDU is not responsible for courier delays caused by third-party service providers.

Condition of Clearance Items (Sold As Is)

  • All clearance items are sold as is.
  • Items may have minor factory imperfections, handling marks or slight variations in colour, fit or finish.
  • Clearance items will not be accepted back for alterations, repairs, fixing, adjustments or quality concerns of any kind.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact the store or WhatsApp 064 789 2940 if they require clarification on an item (size, colour, condition) before purchasing.

Final Sale Policy (Strict)

All items purchased under the MEDU 25 Days of Christmas (Clearance Sale) are strictly final sale.

  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No exchanges
  • No credit notes
  • No repairs or adjustments
  • No swaps for alternative sizes, colours or products

This applies to all clearance purchases, whether made in-store, via WhatsApp or through YOCO payment links.

Returns for Full-Priced Items Only
