Medu has a self-service Returns Center for requesting exchanges of products bought from our online store. Please click the link to access it, and follow the instructions below

STEP 1: Retrieve the order you would like to log a return or exchange for using the Order Number and Email address used when placing the order. (the order number starts with S24...)
STEP 2: Choose the item / Items you would like to exchange
STEP 3: Select a reason for returning the item and provide information. Pictures are required for some return reasons
STEP 4: Pick a resolution you would like to take. You have an option to replace the item with a similar item, a different option or to get a gift card for the value of the item. The gift card is valid for 3 years

How do I return an item?
You are welcome to return your item to our store in Johannesburg, Maboneng or if you would like to return your order via our courier collection service please indicate in your return request.
Returns via courier are charged at a flat fee of R100, a payment link for the return will be sent in the return confirmation email.
You are also welcome to return the items via PEP Paxi or Portent to JEWEL CITY in Johannesburg to 0647892940
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Items must be in original condition, they must be unworn, and in their original packaging
- Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not returnable
- Headwraps are not returnable if the packaging seal is broken
