Yes. MEDU currently offers international shipping on a trial basis to selected countries. This allows us to test delivery times, costs, and customer experience before a full global rollout.

We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Selected SADC countries: Eswatini, Lesotho & Botswana
What are the international shipping costs? +
- International (non-SADC): Flat rate R1,500
- SADC region (Eswatini, Lesotho, Botswana): Flat rate R550
Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate during this trial phase.
Which courier do you use? +
All international orders are shipped via DHL or Aramex using express shipping for faster and more reliable delivery.
How long does delivery take? +
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- International (Australia, NZ, UK, USA, Canada): 10–15 business days
- SADC countries: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes? +
Yes.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in your shipping fee and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Can I return an international order? +
International orders are eligible for return in line with our Returns Policy, however:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
