You provide a valid order number or receipt

Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags and packaging intact

Discounted, clearance or customised items are not eligible for return

Accessories (undergarments, headwraps, hair bands, beads, bracelets, etc.) are strictly final sale
