Shipping policy
Orders for stock items are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within Johannesburg and major cities and within 5-7 days nationally. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer to be delivered.
NB: Oder processing & delivery timelines may be longer doing peak season in November and December due to increased demand and courier capacity. The delivery timeline of all orders during this time is usually 7-14 Days from order confirmation.
Once your order is picked up, you will receive a notification from our courier partner, Fastway, with your unique tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment directly from the link in the shipping notification email or from the Track section on Fastway’s website
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Different shipping rates apply according to destination of parcel. These are rates for parcels that can fit into an A3/A2 satchel

Free local delivery is available for custom-made bridal orders within Johannesburg.
Deliveries are made from 08:00 to 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays, and from 09:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange / notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup is available in Johannesburg.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Johannesburg Maboneng. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 09:30 – 16:30 on Mondays to Fridays and 09:30 – 12:30 on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
