Struggling to find my refund

One of the orders of the brochures that I ordered online was out of stock. I asked for a refund and I still haven’t received it as yet. I’ve been in contact with the Medu team but they are giving me the run around. May I please get my refund back as it was not my fault that the item was available online but out of stock in store.
