2. The voucher is non-refundable and is for a courier service to collect your return.
3. We cover the shipping costs for sending exchange items back to you.
4. After purchasing the voucher, we'll book the collection and email you the tracking details.
5. Pack the items neatly in the original satchel/box, and our courier partner will handle the rest.
